The City of Ann Arbor invested over $50 million to put an underground parking structure on 5th Ave. next to the Public Library. What should go on top? Original plans included a public plaza on a portion of the site, but now we just have more parking. The Library Green Conservancy, a local nonprofit, is continuing to try to work with the city to launch an RFP for design and sign an MOU (as of May 2024).
